We run the process, not just the placement.
Students come under the German holiday employment scheme for foreign students (Ferienbeschäftigung) – with a work permit from the Federal Employment Agency and, where required, a visa.
- Sourcing and selectionDirect access to students through our network at Turkish universities. We prefer candidates who can work the full period and have work experience.
- Interviews and language checkGerman-speaking colleagues check language level in the interview.
- Documents, work permit, visaWe check documents in advance and plan around consulate processing times in İzmir, İstanbul and Ankara.
- PreparationWorking conditions, shifts and accommodation are explained before selection.
- Coordinated arrivalWe align flights and arrival dates – the whole group can arrive on the same day.
- One point of contactFor questions or problems you talk to us, not to individual students.
- Support during the seasonWe stay in touch with the students, spot problems early and provide replacements when needed.
- A returning poolStudents who were a good fit can come back next year, so you do not start from zero every season.
Three groups, one season from May to September.
Students work during their official semester break, for up to 90 days within 12 months. Based on the Turkish academic calendar we plan three overlapping groups.

The earlier we plan, the better. For projects with a security clearance we ask for confirmed numbers by March/April.
